Searching:
- The Name Search is the default search and available at the top of the page
PLEASE NOTE: Although only the last name is required, please add a partial first name where applicable to prevent
the system from timing out
- To search by Book, Volume and Page, Click on the Search Criteria dropdown link in the above menu
- To search by Document Number, Click on the Search Criteria dropdown link in the above menu
- To search by Recorded Date Range, Click on the Search Criteria dropdown link in the above menu
- To search by Property Click on the Search Criteria dropdown link in the above menu
NOTE: When searching, only those fields with an * in front of the search criteria heading are required
- To expand on your search criteria Click the Advanced button
Document Printing:
Documents may be printed in their entirety or a page at a time
Both the Print Document and Print Page links are available on the Images tab once you have begun your search

Document Downloading:
In additon to printing, documents may also be added to your basket for downloading
The Add to Basket link is available at the top right hand side of the page once you have begun your search
